Job summary

You will partner across Product, Support, Renewals, Pricing, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure market relevance, financial soundness, and strong customer value.

The role requires 15+ years in related fields and a track record of cross-functional leadership, pricing discipline, and clear portfolio

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management, services portfolio management, support services, pricing, or customer success within enterprise technology.
• Strong understanding of support business models, services economics, customer lifecycle, renewals, pricing, and margin management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Support, Sales, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations.
• Experience building business cases, portfolio roadmaps, pricing strategies, GTM materials, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong commercial judgment balancing customer value, competitive positioning, and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall portfolio strategy, including offer design and lifecycle evolution.
• Partner with Finance and Pricing to manage portfolio economics and discounting discipline.
• Lead pricing and packaging strategy for support offerings and ensure clear quoting and selling processes.
• Own portfolio messaging with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product for field-ready materials.
• Establish dashboards and governance to monitor portfolio performance and impact.
