Job summary

LanceDB is seeking a hands-on, technically strong Support Engineer to bridge our engineering team and enterprise users. You will debug distributed databases built in Rust, develop runbooks, and help scale a new support organization.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to reproduce issues, diagnose root causes, and drive fixes across large-scale LanceDB deployments, including Kubernetes and modern cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in a support/operations/troubleshooting role in a distributed database or data infrastructure environment.
