Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
Core Job Responsibilities (others may be added):
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, or related degree preferred with at least 5 years’ experience in new product development, contract engineering, consulting engineering, MEP design, or building energy modeling undefined
Strong computer skills using MS Office Suite and other Windows programs required
Familiarity with BIM tools (i.e. Revit)
Expert knowledge of HVAC products and systems
Knowledge of commercial building construction industry is a plus
Understanding of applied mathematics and numerical modeling techniques
Experience in a customer-facing technical role
Familiarity with building energy modeling tools
Experience with AI models
Knowledge of software limitations and capabilities related to technologies and design approaches used in real buildings
Understanding of the software development process.
Experience with Agile practices is desired
Knowledge of AI-enabled development practices, building

$97,406.66 - $135,834.99
