Job summary

KSA Integration, LLC is seeking a Supply Technician Senior (Site Lead) to support MARCORLOGCOM SECREP at Camp Pendleton, CA. You will coordinate site activities, validate data, and maintain asset records, acting as the Government's first point of contact for site performance.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, inventory, and contractor workforce management, with the potential for growth and security clearances. Contingent upon award, start January 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and training.
• 5+ years managing day-to-day contractor workforce supporting military Reparable activities.
• 5+ years in inventory management, distribution, stock positioning, and sourcing.
• 5+ years managing supply and maintenance transactions.
• 5+ years warehouse management experience.
• 5+ years providing technical advice and instruction to personnel.
• 3+ years handling fiscal requirements and functions.
• Must pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries for CAC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contractor at the site and coordinate SECREP objectives.
• Validate SECREP management data at the site.

Position Overview:

This position supports the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) Secondary Reparable (SECREP) Management Program as a Supply Technician Senior (Site Lead). This program manages SECREP inventory and strategic logistics analytics in support of MARLOGCOM. In this role, you will serve as the lead contractor at the site, coordinating all site activities, running the SECREP account, and acting as the Government's first point of contact for site performance in support of I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF).

This Position is Contingent Upon Award.

Requirements

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a combination of post-high school education and training that meets the total qualification requirements for this position level
• 5+ years of experience managing the day-to-day functional operations of a contractor workforce supporting military Reparable activities
• 5+ years of experience in operational planning and execution of inventory management, distribution assistance, stock positioning, and sourcing
• 5+ years of experience managing supply and maintenance transactions
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience5+ years of experience providing technical advice and instruction to personnel
• 3+ years of experience handling fiscal requirements and functions
• Must be able to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for a Common Access Card (CAC)

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Active SECRET Clearance
