About The Role

This is a high‑visibility, high‑accountability position owning the end‑to‑end supply planning of finished goods across a complex, fast‑moving CPG environment. We need someone who gets up to speed quickly, thinks ahead, and proactively drives solutions—not someone who waits for direction.

  • Optimize inventory to prevent stockouts, minimize excess, and reduce obsolescence.
  • Analyze data trends, supply constraints, and forecast signals to improve planning accuracy.
  • Monitor and report KPIs, highlighting risks and driving corrective actions.
  • Own and evolve planning tools, dashboards, and processes to improve visibility and efficiency.
  • Lead or participate in cost‑reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel occasionally to vendors for procurement and relationship‑building.
Who You Are

  • Communicates with intention and follows through every time.
Highly Analytical & Detail‑Driven
  • Spots small discrepancies before they become big issues.
  • Builds accurate, actionable plans and models.
Urgent & Accountable
  • Operates with a strong sense of ownership and urgency around goals and objectives.
  • Meets deadlines, commitments, and expectations consistently.
A Strategic Thinker
  • Understands the “why” behind the work and connects decisions to business goals.
  • Think outside the box and challenges old processes respectfully and productively.
Qualifications
