Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, managed services, shared services, outsourcing, or consulting
• 2+ years of experience leading defined workstreams, project activities, or service delivery initiatives, including ownership of key deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder coordination
• Experience delivering or supporting supply chain transformation or managed services engagements in procurement, supply planning, manufacturing, order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management
• Experience contributing to service delivery, transition, or operating model design for managed services, shared services, or outsourced operations
• Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Preferred: Master's degree
• Experience with supply chain technology platforms including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, manufacturing execution systems, product lifecycle management platforms, or supply planning applications; automation, workflow, analytics, or AI tools used in supply chain operations
• Experience in supply chain transformation, shared services, managed services, or outsourced supply chain operations within a consulting or professional services environment
• Experience transitioning work to offshore delivery centers and supporting post-transition stabilization
• Experience supporting sales pursuits, including proposal development, RFP responses, and service mobilization efforts
• Experience managing key performance indicators, service level agreements, and governance routines for managed services engagements

Responsibilities

• Assess client supply chain operating models, process challenges, service expectations, and technology environments to identify performance improvement opportunities
• Contribute to business development activities, including opportunity shaping, proposal development, solution design, staffing inputs, and commercial estimation
• Design and support the mobilization of Supply Chain Operate solutions across one or more supply chain domains, including transition planning, service readiness, and steady-state delivery
• Lead defined workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes within established scope, timelines, quality standards, and risk parameters
• Support operational improvement through process optimization, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled operations
• Build effective relationships across client, account, and delivery teams; coach junior team members; and contribute to knowledge development and practice growth
