Job summary

Lingaro is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst / Senior Consultant to support end-to-end growth and delivery of our Supply Chain practice in the United States. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, capturing supply chain challenges and translating needs into solution requirements.

The role covers presales, RFP responses, client discovery, and design of scalable, data-driven solutions powered by analytics and AI.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or technology implementation roles.
• Ability to think end-to-end supply chain synchronization, rather than in specific area silos.
• Experience with cross-functional client-facing engagements and data analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales, RFP responses, and practice support for supply chain transformations.
• Analyze current-state processes, define future-state designs, and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Collaborate with solution architects, IT teams, and clients to design data-driven supply chain solutions.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and analytics requirements for visibility and decision-making.
• Manage client relationships and lead workshops, design sessions, and executive readouts.
