Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of program, project, or product management experience.
• Experience leading cross functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design, engineering, manufacturing teams and suppliers to implement robust product/configuration management processes.
• Matrix manage team members from across functions to develop new product plans and sustaining processes.
• Represent ISCaP with product design teams and influence for design-for-supply chain.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and executives clearly and concisely.
• Drive transition planning events related to End of Marketing, End of Sales and End of Production.
