Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train warehouse associates; drive performance improvement.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory control processes.
• Lead KPI development and monitoring to meet targets.
• Support value-added service and outbound packing to meet lead times.
• Initiate projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale.
