This is a hybrid role (2-3 days in office) at our Waltham, MA headquarters.
This role is responsible for leading and supporting Ardelyx's API external manufacturing, inventory management, and contract manufacturing organization (CMO) partners. The Senior Supply Chain Manager provides oversight of CMO partners to ensure the timely delivery of materials, effective cost management, supply continuity, and execution of change controls.
Working closely with Supply Chain team, Technical Operations, Quality, CMOs, and other cross‑functional partners, this role supports API production activities across the supply network. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory accuracy, resolving supply chain issues, coordinating logistics activities, ensuring compliance with ex‑US market requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the API supply network.
The ideal candidate brings strong pharmaceutical supply chain experience, exceptional organizational and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
The anticipated annualized base pay range for this full‑time position is $135,000 - $165,000. Ardelyx utilizes industry data to ensure that our compensation is competitive and aligned with our industry peers. Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target and equity awards, subject to eligibility and other requirements.
