Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; degree required for advancement.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required.
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills are required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and complete background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with the local customer to understand needs and identify operational improvements.
• Collaborate with sites to share best practices and leverage resources.
• Develop and execute annual financial and operating plans; manage P&L and billing.
• Monitor safety and ensure a safe workplace and regulatory compliance.
• Track value delivered to the customer and identify profitable opportunities.
• Monitor fleet and equipment utilization and coordinate with vendors.
