Job summary

Sigma Foods is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to turn data into insights that drive smarter planning and decision-making across our supply chain. The role focuses on forecasting models, trend analysis, and collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Product Management, and other functions to improve forecasting accuracy and supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in Supply Chain, Forecasting, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance forecasting models by product, period, and supplier to support annual planning and forecasting processes.
• Develop and analyze “what-if” pricing scenarios to understand potential impacts on forecasts and the budget.
• Gather, organize, and maintain data needed to support 120-day forecasts for planning and decision-making.
• Analyze period results, monitor and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual performance against plan and revised forecasts.
• Prepare timely market analyses and insights to support near-term procurement and sourcing decisions.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
