Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Master Data Analyst to govern and maintain critical supply chain master data, including supplier/vendor records, part data, and contractual information. You will collaborate across operations, product, and engineering to enforce data standards and enable analytics and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, data analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain data engineering within aerospace/defense or manufacturing.
• Ability to relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance for supply chain master data and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering to build supporting data systems.
• Standardize and classify commodities and parts with category codes.
• Manage master data lifecycle from creation to retirement.
• Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Maintain contractual data (NDAs, MSAs) and ensure documentation is current.
• Implement data control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access or corruption.
• Coordinate with IT and data infrastructure teams for governance alignment.
• Develop training materials on master data management practices.
• Conduct regular data audits and cleanup to sustain quality.
• Support analytics and reporting with accurate data extracts.
• Serve as data query contact within supply chain.
• Document data governance processes and dictionaries.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance systems with data quality.
