Job summary

RTX in Dulles, VA is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst to serve as a central contact for IT COTS products and provide limited hardware and software services to a broad customer base. The role operates on-site with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and requires active security clearance.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management, IT, and customer service. U.S. citizenship is required for the clearance process.

Qualifications

• Typically, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued in‑scope Top security/SCI clearance with a poly is required prior to start.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Experience with supply chain management, IT technical experience, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central point of contact for IT COTS products and provide limited hardware and software services to a broad customer base.
• Support a Monday–Friday eight-hour daily work schedule (08:00–18:30).
• Maintain and utilize customer approved products list and related duties.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and execute them for RTX program management based on customer interactions.
• Other tasks as assigned.
