Job summary

Deloitte’s Enterprise Operations as a Service (EOaaS) Supply Chain Operate team seeks a Senior Consultant to assess client supply chain models and drive performance improvements. You will lead workstreams, design solutions, and support transitions across procurement, planning, and logistics in a dynamic consulting environment.

Focus on process optimization, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled operations; build client relationships and coach junior team members. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, managed services, shared services, outsourcing, or consulting.
• 2+ years of experience leading defined workstreams, project activities, or service delivery initiatives.
• Experience delivering or supporting supply chain transformation or managed services engagements in procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, or inventory management.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assess client supply chain operating models, process challenges, service expectations, and technology environments to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to business development activities, including opportunity shaping, proposal development, solution design, staffing inputs, and commercial estimation.
• Design and support the mobilization of Supply Chain Operate solutions across one or more supply chain domains, including transition planning, service readiness, and steady-state delivery.
• Lead defined workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes within established scope, timelines, quality standards, and risk parameters.
• Support operational improvement through process optimization, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled operations.
• Build effective relationships across client, account, and delivery teams; coach junior team members; and contribute to knowledge development and practice growth.
