Job summary

Qualifications

• More than 1 year negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.
• More than 1 year managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in program management within supplier management.
• Experience with U.S. Department of Defense contracts.

Responsibilities

• Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
• Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations.
• Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues.
• Provides support in the development of mitigation plans.
• Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance.
• Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans.
• Facilitates supplier/subcontractor relationships and performance to contractual obligations.
• Analyzes and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunities.
