Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Staff Engineer, Supplier Quality Performance to manage supplier metrics and drive performance improvements within DePuy Synthes. You will own supplier metrics oversight and serve as SME for supplier NCs and CAPAs, guiding cross-functional teams on quality performance.

The role includes leading supplier metrics meetings, supporting audits related to Purchasing Controls, and maintaining OneASL and Supplier Quality Agreements in alignment with DePuy Synthes processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier quality and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with NCs and CAPAs (Non-Conformances and Corrective Action Plans).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP principles.
