Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineering Manager to lead our Colorado-based Supplier Quality Engineers. You will oversee supplier performance, CAPA activities, and change control to ensure quality components and materials meet regulatory standards.

The role requires 7+ years in engineering/quality or an advanced degree with 5+ years, and a track record in regulated industries. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or technical field with 7+ years in engineering/quality in regulated industry or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• ASQ CQE/CQA/CSQP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers across Colorado campuses (Boulder/Parker/Louisville).
• Oversee supplier performance monitoring, CAPA, supplier change control and quality risk reductions.
• Drive cross-functional investigations to resolve supplier-related quality or compliance issues.
• Ensure conformance to purchasing controls and FDA/international requirements.
