In this role, you will partner with design teams, drive supplier quality processes, and conduct audits to maintain compliance. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering and experience in manufacturing and supply management. This position requires strong analytical skills and offers a competitive salary range of $146,000–$194,000 USD, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy or similar technical field.
• Experience with producing precision mechanical parts for aerospace or defense.
• Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001-based Quality Management System requirements.
• Experience performing First Article Inspection to AS9102 Industry Standard.
• Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to drive projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to support product data generation for precision mechanical parts.
• Drive supplier quality development processes throughout product development stages.
• Analyze key and critical characteristics for supplier qualification activities.
• Audit the Quality Management System at our suppliers.
• Prepare and lead supplier onsite audits for quality management.
