Qualifications

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's in Engineering with 3–6 years of experience.
• Experience in medical devices, supplier quality, and product qualification is required.
• Experience with test methods, equipment and process validations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead Supplier Quality activities per company requirements.
• Lead Product Qualification activities to ensure supplier quality and capability.
• Assess and qualify suppliers per company requirements.
• Monitor parts through the manufacturing cycle and resolve supplier issues.
• Provide technical guidance and quality compliance throughout the Product lifecycle.
• Lead the Product Acceptance Strategy for incoming inspection and test method validation.
