• Verify supplier quality through audits, defect trend analysis, and CAPA.
• Lead supplier performance improvement projects and SCAR closures.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Production to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain supplier qualification procedures and forms.
• Participate in cross-functional product reviews and early supplier involvement.
