Job summary

Cytiva in Marlborough, MA/Shrewsbury, MA seeks a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to apply DBS rigor to Cytiva’s supplier base. Lead supplier audits, SCARs, SCRs and qualifications while partnering with Engineering, Sourcing, QA and Project Management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 10+ years in quality roles, and strong RCA expertise. Domestic travel about 25%. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and potential bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of quality experience, especially supplier quality, audits, and performance reviews.
• Expert in root cause analysis techniques and execution.
• Experience coaching internal and external stakeholders in SCARs, SCRs, audits, qualifications and work transfers.
• Expert knowledge of ISO, CFR, GMP, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Issue, monitor and approve SCARs and manage containment for supplier defects.
• Lead supplier audits, remediation, and qualification activities.
• Train and coach Cytiva associates and suppliers on methodologies and processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Sourcing, QA and other teams to manage supplier quality requirements.
• Lead annual supplier audit planning and manage high-impact SCRs.
