Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a skilled supplier quality professional to enhance quality across pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico and the USA. The role focuses on ensuring supplier quality, GMP compliance, and collaboration with NPD teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of relevant experience, with the ability to work independently and manage projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Works independently under limited supervision to determine and develop approaches to solutions.
• May manage projects and processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.
• Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and resolves supplier-related problems.
• Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure GMP and quality standards are met.
• Provides Pre-Market Quality Engineering support to New Product Development (NPD) with internal teams.
• Collaborates with engineers to deliver quality parts, materials, and services and drive continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel to visit external Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers.
