Job summary

Rehlko in Mosel, WI is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality efforts from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure projects meet performance and quality targets in a hybrid on-site role.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet performance and quality expectations. This role bridges technical execution with project coordination, requiring both engineering expertise and strong organizational skills. This is a hybrid role based in Mosel, WI , requiring on-site work 3 days per week.

• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure alignment across all phases of the project.
• Interface with vendors to ensure technical and delivery expectations are met.
• Perform assignments of a complicated nature.
• Participate in project reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
• Operate independently with limited guidance from managers and/or senior engineers.
• Support or leads multiple projects concurrently.
• Leads the technical work of projects and other supplier quality initiatives.
• Manages all assigned New Product Development (NPD) supplier quality duties.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports, risk assessments, and change management documentation.
• Independently prioritizes and executes tasks with the customer in mind.
• Demonstrates and acts on quality traits: analytical, hands-on, high standards, facilitating and systematic.
• Proficient in Supplier Quality Engineering and problem-solving tools.
• Able to identify systemic root causes of quality issues.
