Qualifications

  • A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree, that included or was supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
  • Foreign education may be used to meet qualification requirements if evidence of comparability to U.S. education is provided.
  • Experience and education obtained by the closing date of this announcement will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises staff ranging from approximately 9 to 18 employees.
  • Advises program officials on programmatic impact of contract provisions.
  • Responds to customer inquiries within a reasonable period.
  • Plans advance acquisition plans and reviews specifications and work statements.
  • Reviews solicitation and award documentation and interprets acquisition policies and procedures.
