BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Supervisory Attorney in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves assisting the State Level Attorney with case management and supervising Associate Attorneys. Candidates should have a Juris Doctorate, at least 5 years of litigation experience, and admission to the Arizona Bar.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and admission to the Arizona Bar required.
• 5+ years of litigation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contested litigation files to ensure timely completion by Associate Attorneys.
• Assist with managing emails from clients and Associate Attorneys.
• Ensure Associate Attorneys’ diaries are current.
• Review contested work product before client approval.
• Oversee the discovery process with Associate Attorneys and Paralegals.
• Appear in court up to three days per week.
• Argue contested motions and conduct trials and arbitrations.
• Assist with training new Associate Attorneys.
• Prepare and respond to discovery, handle depositions, and oversee counterclaims.
• Review and sign off on pleadings for court filings.
• Draft various motions and responses to contested matters.
• Manage contact with opposing counsel.
