Qualifications

  • Experience supervising manufacturing engineers and/or hourly personnel.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with compounding, coating, slitting and/or converting processes.
  • Experience effectively using and analyzing process data to drive decisions.

Your Skills and Expertise
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
  • Eight (8) years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experience supervising manufacturing engineers and/or hourly personnel
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience with compounding, coating, slitting and/or converting processes
  • Experience effectively using and analyzing process data to drive decisions

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
