Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Sr Supervisor, Logistics (Shipping & Receiving) to lead day-to-day logistics operations in Camden, NJ. You will supervise receiving, shipping, packing, and material handling, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, improving workflows, ensuring compliance with laws and ISO standards, and analyzing performance data for continuous improvement. The role requires 4+ years in logistics; a related bachelor’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR, in lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in stockroom, warehouse, or shipping & receiving operations.
• Experience supervising warehouse, stockroom, or distribution center operations.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and SAP ERP systems.

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, ISO requirements, and all applicable L3Harris policies and procedures.

Job Description:

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for daily oversight and coordination of shipping, receiving, packing, and material handling activities in support of program execution within the Camden Maritime IS&E business unit. This role ensures efficient processing and movement of materials according to production schedules, customer contract requirements, and established operational procedures. This position provides frontline leadership, supports continuous improvement, and ensures consistent execution of company and regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations of the receiving, shipping, packing, and material handling employees.
• Support improvements in logistics operations, warehouse, shipping, and transportation processes by monitoring workflows, identifying contraints, and promoting best practices.
• Track quality, timeliness, and efficiency of logistics operations to support on-time delivery performance.
• Ensure proper cataloging, routing, documentation, and processing of shipments.

Qualifications:

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience supervising warehouse, stockroom, or distribution center operations.
• Knowledge of material handling, warehousing procedures, and inventory control best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and SAP ERP systems.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $66,000-123,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
