Qualifications

• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate detailed project schedules.
• Lead daily field activities among subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractor workflow and create work plans.
• Supervise and support field teams.
• Maintain safety compliance and champion a proactive jobsite culture.
