Job summary

Flowtec Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on major K-12 and healthcare projects across Chicagoland. You will own scheduling, safety, quality and subcontractor coordination to deliver on-time, on-budget projects.

Work with an experienced PM and leadership team, build strong relationships with owners, architects and trade partners, and advance your career within an established contractor with a robust project pipeline in the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to lead field teams and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners.
