HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent - Mission Critical to lead on-site work, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence on complex projects.

The role requires 8–10 years of commercial construction experience, degree preferred, and proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office. Salary range $132,000–$181,500 with comprehensive benefits; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Degree with construction/engineering/business concentration preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of commercial construction experience, including general contractor work.
• Experience with tenant renovations, occupied spaces, weekend work and fast-paced projects a plus.
• Mastery of building processes and best practices; ability to organize resources, people, tools and time.

Responsibilities

• Direct the on-site work flow in line with the project schedule and HITT safety/quality standards.
• Lead site safety; maintain safe jobsite for all involved and manage daily site activities.
• Maintain daily activity logs and manage punch list/closeout through owner/architect acceptance.
• Collaborate with project manager on schedule development and sequencing of installation methods.
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and ensure fair treatment of all trade partners.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including change orders and scope.
