Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing construction means/methods for residential high-rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics.
• Selection of field site personnel.
• Monitoring job costs and productivity on projects.
• On-site coordination of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule.
• Supervising, training, coaching and mentoring field personnel.
• Demonstrating commitment to safety and quality programs.
• Coordinating all subcontractor activities.
• Project close-out; final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition.
• Working with Owners to ensure projects are built per contract documents.
• Participates in development and review of work plans for major/high-risk activities.
