The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA)/Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is seeking a full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support EC/ ECC modules and the EC core HR system. The role focuses on data migration, interfaces, and production support, with collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in data migration and integration, strong knowledge of SuccessFactors EC, ECCHCM/FI, and experience

Formación

Data migration and integration specialist with at least 7 years in data migration and integration projects.
Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC implementations.
Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI, and experience with Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.

Responsabilidades

Assist DFA/MMRS in production support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central system.
Collaborate on data mapping, interface design, and integration specifications.
Discuss data-related tasks with non-technical team members and mentor staff after implementation.
