We are a full-service EPC contractor specializing in substation and switchyard construction projects across the state of Florida. Our work includes both greenfield builds and brownfield upgrades, delivering high-quality infrastructure ranging from small subs all the way upto 500kV systems.
Our crews travel from project to project, building critical power infrastructure from the ground up—once one substation is complete, we move on to the next.
We are seeking a Senior Substation Technician with strong experience in above-grade substation construction. This role is ideal for someone who not only has deep technical knowledge, but also enjoys mentoring junior technicians and contributing to team leadership in the field.
You’ll play a key role in installing, assembling, and commissioning high-voltage equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on job sites.
Note: This role is subject to a maximum home-base-to-project distance due to safety and travel considerations. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting/rotation distance of our Florida project sites. Additionally, we do not offer relocation assistance, so the individual would have to be willing to relocate to our territory **before** starting with us.
Preferred:
You won’t be stuck in one place—we build substations across Florida, giving you the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and meaningful projects. If you take pride in building critical infrastructure and want to grow into a leadership role, we want to hear from you.
