Technifite in the United States is seeking a Senior Substation Project Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership and drive delivery of complex utility substation projects across North America.

As the technical lead and engineering delivery owner, you will oversee multidisciplinary design teams and partner with Project Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 11 years of experience in substation engineering and project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex substation design projects.
• Experience supporting EPC programs.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
