Candidates must be licensed in Colorado and possess strong litigation, writing, and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of litigation experience in state or federal courts.
• Colorado license in good standing.
• Experience in property damage, insurance, construction, or subrogation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal courts throughout all phases of litigation.
• Investigate and evaluate complex property losses arising from fires, explosions, product failures, construction defects, equipment failures, utility incidents, and other catastrophic events.
• Collaborate with experts to develop recovery strategies and draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare for and appear at court hearings; participate in mediation and trial preparation.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
