Job summary

Deloitte GPS Contracts Sector Team is hiring a Specialist Lead in Procurement and Category Management to advise account teams on federal subcontract administration. You will review complex subcontracts, shape engagement strategies, and support pursuits to drive revenue and client retention.

The role requires 6+ years in subcontracts, federal lifecycle support, and travel 10-25%. You will maintain subcontract files and ensure compliance with government regulations and Deloitte policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of professional work experience in subcontracts administration.
• 3+ years of experience supporting the Federal Acquisition Lifecycle.
• Ability to travel 10-25% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Advise account teams on federal subcontract administration matters across the contract lifecycle.
• Review, analyze, and negotiate complex subcontracts to support engagement strategy, revenue objectives, and retention goals.
• Provide subcontract support to account leadership on federal pursuits, including shaping win strategies and supporting subcontracting approaches.
• Compile, analyze, and maintain subcontract data, documentation, and historical records across internal systems and databases.
• Develop and maintain subcontract files, reporting, and process documentation in accordance with government regulations and Deloitte procurement policies.
