Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair and makeup products to guests.
• Assist with in-store events, promotions, and guest experiences to deliver exceptional service.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to advise guests effectively.
• Maintain prompt attendance and adhere to safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
