Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years in pharma/clinical development or project management
• Experience leading clinical trial operations and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational planning, feasibility, and execution of clinical trials
• Serve as the Clinical Trial Team lead
• Direct study planning, governance, and escalation activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and country teams
• Liaise with partners, vendors, and vendor management teams
• Mentor and develop junior team members and manage resources
