Job summary

Activision Blizzard is seeking a Senior Analyst in Santa Monica to lead resource planning for Call of Duty studios and drive data-informed decisions. You will partner with executive stakeholders to optimize investments, monitor budgets, and deliver strategic updates across the organization.

The role requires deep data analysis skills, strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to synthesize input from multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field.
• Experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance/Strategy, or transferable Business Operations role.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to analyze data and synthesize findings.
• Comfort with AI tools to support research and problem-solving.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and make well-informed decisions.
• Resides in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, CA (Santa Monica).
• Demonstrated passion for Call of Duty and gaming.

Responsibilities

• Resource planning for Call of Duty studios and long-term title planning across internal/external teams.
• Act as studio-matter expert; build resource plans, monitor budgets, solve problems for studio stakeholders.
• Maintain monthly process to collect, actualize and forecast studio resource planning; articulates budget variances to senior leaders.
• Develop and deliver timely business updates to senior leadership and studio leads.
• Coordinate with Studio Finance for quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop analytical culture using historical and current data to drive predictive analytics.
