Job summary

Dexian, a global talent and technology solutions provider, seeks a Vice President, Corporate Trust Transaction Manager to join its Houston team. You will review highly complex debt capital market transactions from initiation through closing and coordinate with outside counsel, leading terms negotiations and ensuring documentation standards are met.

You will act as the SME for product and country regulations, keeping the business informed on market data and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional setting.
• New contracts with external clients in Structured Finance Loan.
• Experience in Structured finance, client service or hedge fund management is desirable.
• Reviewing contracts and initiating the account opening process with internal and external clients.
• CLO/CDO experience is preferred but not required.
• ABS/MBS experience is a big plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Conversion to full-time employment is possible.
• Onsite 4 days per week in Houston, TX.
• 1–2 rounds of interviews via MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Review highly complex debt capital market transactions from initiation through closing.
• Liaise with outside counsel and lead term negotiations in collaboration with Client & Business Development.
• Serve as primary contact for deal documentation and lifecycle to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Act as SME for product/country regulatory updates to keep the business informed.
