Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience.

• Experience writing specifications and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept design through construction administration.
• Prepare reports, designs, and drawings.
• Review RFPs and assist in the preparation of proposals.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of work products.
• Market RIC’s capabilities to attract new clients.
