Job summary

SteelCon Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple structural steel projects from pre-construction to completion, lead client engagement, manage drawings and engineering approvals, and drive project scheduling and budgets with high autonomy.

You will build strong client relationships, make strategic decisions for profitability, supervise subcontractors and internal teams, ensure compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget across a portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4-year construction-related degree or equivalent field experience.
• 1-3 years of multi-project PM experience in structural steel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; diplomacy and negotiation.
• Experience with submittals, drawings, budgets, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and manage expectations across active projects.
• Oversee shop drawings approvals and RFIs to meet timelines.
• Lead schedule, budget, and scope management for multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, insurance, and bonding requirements.
• Close-out projects with fabrication and field support.
