Walter P Moore seeks a Project Manager to oversee technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects focused on restoration, rehabilitation, and forensics. The role includes business development for the Diagnostics Group and regional/international client service.

Qualified candidates have a PE license, strong technical and communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks across schedules and teams. The firm offers a hybrid work model and expect 6+ years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Master’s degree in civil engineering with focus in structures preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with proven growth.
• P.E. license is required; S.E. in California or another state preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of proposals and responses for RFQs and RFPs.
• Develop project tasks and organize project-related documents.
• Research building codes and industry standards.
• Lead assessment reports and field investigations, including non-destructive testing.
• Prepare repair drawings, options, and construction specifications.
• Observe construction and perform QA testing on repairs/designs.
• Interact with clients, sub-consultants, and repair contractors.
