Job summary

HOK seeks a Senior Structural Project Engineer to lead delivery of large, complex building projects. You will mentor the engineering team, develop concepts and budgets, and produce design through construction and commissioning.

The role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, Revit/AutoCAD proficiency, and a strong focus on quality and sustainability. Ideal candidates have extensive experience on projects over $100M, PE/SE licensure, and LEED or Green Associate credentials.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering with an advanced degree preferred and PE/SE licensure where applicable.
• Proven leadership delivering large projects over $100M and mentoring staff.
• Experience with LEED or Green Building certifications is favored.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering for large/complex projects from concept through commissioning.
• Mentor engineers, coordinate with BIM team, and ensure design quality and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, standards, and deliverables.
• Engage clients, attend meetings, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive innovations in design and sustainability to meet project goals.
