Job summary

Walter P Moore is seeking a Project Manager to join its dynamic Structural Engineering team in a hybrid role. The candidate will need 9+ years in commercial building design and 3+ years in project management, with licensure targets such as PE or AIA in 6 months.

Experience spanning healthcare, aviation, sports, and higher education is valued. Responsibilities include leading design and delivery of major office, healthcare, and large commercial structures with $25M+ costs, serving clients

Qualifications

• 9+ years’ experience in relevant commercial building design (healthcare, aviation, sport, higher education, municipal or public assembly).
• 3+ years project management of structural, enclosures or parking structure projects.
• Strong client-service attitude and proven communication skills.
• Ability to obtain P.E. or AIA licensure within 6 months; PE in residing state or AIA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural projects and lead design/delivery activities.
• Contribute to design and delivery of office buildings, healthcare facilities, sports venues, and other large commercial structures.
• Serve clients on major projects across the United States and internationally.
• Collaborate within a strong team environment and maintain a proactive, client-focused approach.
