The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with others, including obtaining design information from BIM models (Revit).

Qualifications

• BS degree in civil/structural/architectural engineering.
• 4-10+ years of structural analysis and design experience.
• Experience with steel and concrete framing systems.

Responsibilities

• Client management
• Quality control review
• Coordinate with structural PMs and clients
• Analyze and design framing systems and foundations
• Perform calculations and build engineering models in design software
• Ensure safety and code compliance
• Review shop drawings and conduct site visits
• Prepare and coordinate contract documents
• Integrate structural design into contract documents
