McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer & Project Manager specializing in hydraulic structures in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in the water resources industry and proven leadership skills. Responsibilities include preparing project documents, managing multi-discipline teams, and developing client relationships. Benefits include a salary range of $138,000 - $206,000 and comprehensive health coverage. A PE License is required, and strong technical knowledge is a must.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of structural design experience in water resource related work.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager preferred.
• PE License required; SE License or NCEES registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of project documents from design to construction.
• Evaluate and apply advanced structural design techniques.
• Manage multi-discipline teams and direct other engineers.
