Arcadis is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer – Data Centers to join our USA Structural Engineering Team. This role involves providing senior technical leadership, overseeing complex engineering challenges, and delivering data center projects throughout the U.S. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of experience and a PE license.

The position offers hybrid work options with a competitive salary range of $130,000 – $210,000, along with medical coverage and various benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant structural engineering experience related to data centers or complex capital projects.
• Professional Engineering (PE) licensure in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards.
• Excellent communication skills to convey concepts to architects and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned engineering programs and initiatives.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and technical guidance to structural engineers.
• Act as Engineer of Record on projects and manage budgets and schedules.
• Conduct structural-related investigations and develop contract documents.
• Perform construction administration duties independently.
