Job summary

StructureCare is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to survey and evaluate existing parking structures, prepare inspection reports, and communicate findings to clients and the Territory Manager. The role includes providing technical sales support to strengthen client relationships and assist in winning new work.

The engineer will mentor peers, review calculations, and help train engineering staff, with travel predominately in New England and field site visits several days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; P.E. preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in concrete construction, repair, restoration, and forensic investigation.
• Experience performing forensic/restoration engineering on parking structures of various construction types.

Responsibilities

• Survey and evaluate existing structures; prepare inspection reports.
• Communicate assessment results and follow-up plans with team and clients.
• Provide technical sales support to enhance customer relationships and secure new business.
• Mentor and peer-review engineers; assist training and development.
